"1. Points rewards\r
1.1 Members can earn 20 point for every HK$1 spent (after discount) at any Japan-Dining-World Company Limited, excluding decimal point. For example, HK$19.5 spent = 1 point. \r
1.2 Members must scan the QR code on the receipt to earn point within 7 days upon purchase completion (including purchase day).\r
1.3 MMembers can earn a maximum of 3 different receipts per day. \r
1.4 Points can only be earned per transaction each time. Each receipt can only be scanned once. \r
1.5 Members can always check their point account balance through login into Storellet. \r
1.6 Points validity period starts from the membership registration date until the quarter end date of the following year. Quarter end dates will be by 31 Jan, 30 Apr, 31 Jul and 31 Oct every year. For example, the members’ point expiry date registered on 8 Feb 2015 will be on 30 Apr 2016. \r
1.7 Unused points cannot be carried forward and will expire. \r
1.8 Japan-Dining-World Company Limited reserves the right to deduct points from membership account if we suspect that such bonus points were obtained via fraudulent or dishonest means. \r

2. Redeem coupons with points\r
2.1 Accumulation and redemption of points are valid only during point validity period. \r
2.2 Use of coupon: Members must present Storellet mobile interface and membership number to our staff to redeem the offer. \r
2.3 Coupon offer valid date and specific terms and conditions apply.\r
2.4 Coupon redemption cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed and the points will be deducted in the system automatically. \r
2.5 Unused coupons cannot be carried forward and will expire.\r

The relationship between Japan-Dining-World Company and Storellet means that your data may be shared to provide services, but we ensure compliance with relevant privacy protection laws.\r
3.2 When you register as a Japan-Dining-World Company member, we will collect the following information, which may include personal data as defined by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (referred to as \"Data\"):\r
- Personal data includes username, email address, phone number, IP address, transaction records, and third-party account information (as well as your data on third-party accounts).\r

- For security reasons, we will use your email address to verify your identity when logging in;\r

4.1 The prices charged are those applicable on the day you place your order.\r

4.4 You agree that you will pay your orders in accordance with the payment methods we accept; you acknowledge and agree that we are not obligated to process or execute your orders until you complete the payment in accordance with the payment process instructed by us. Unless otherwise provided in these Terms of Use, the payment for orders made by you is non-refundable.\r

5.1 Records held by Japan-Dining-World Company Limited shall be treated as conclusive evidence of balance of Points Rewards in each member’s account. \r
5.2 Points will be credited to your account if you return products, coupons or services to Japan-Dining-World Company Limited for a refund. \r
5.3 Mis-use of any Japan-Dining-World Company Limited Membership Scheme, Points Rewards or its benefits may result in termination of membership or withdrawal of privileges. \r
5.4 Japan-Dining-World Company Limited reserves the right to change the Membership Scheme structure, privileges and other features, including the Terms of Use, or to terminate Points Rewards at any time. Japan-Dining-World Company Limited shall strive to notify members of material changes; however, it is the responsibility of the members to keep themselves up-to-date with regard to the Terms of Use for Points Rewards. Any use of Points Rewards by any member will be deemed as agreeable/acceptance of any change. Japan-Dining-World Company Limited will not be liable for loss or damage resulting thereof. \r
5.5 Products available for sale or redemption on the Storellet platform are provided directly by Japan-Dining-World Company Limited . Storellet acts solely as a platform for the sale or redemption of these products and is not the manufacturer, supplier, or provider. Storellet makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or fitness of any product sold or redeemed on the Storellet platform.
