1. Points rewards\r
1.1 Members can earn 1 point for every HK$10 spent (after discount) at Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant ,excluding decimal point. For example, HK10.5 spent = 1 point.\r
1.2 Members must scan the QR code on the receipt to earn points within 7 days upon purchase\r
completion (including purchase day).\r
1.3 Members can only earn a maximum of 1 receipt per day.\r
1.4 Points can only be earned per transaction each time. Each receipt can only be scanned\r
once.\r
1.5 Members can always check their point account balance through login to the Storellet.\r
1.6 Points are valid on the end of the next quarter 12 months after point earned, and the quarter\r
end date is January 31; April 30; July 31; October 31 (for example: the point earned on\r
February 8, 2016, points will expire on April 30, 2017)\r
1.7 Unused points cannot be carried forward and will expire.\r
1.8 Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant reserves the right to deduct points from membership accounts if we\r
suspect that such bonus points were obtained via fraudulent or dishonest means.\r
2. Redeem coupons with points\r
2.1 Accumulation and redemption of points are valid only during point validity period.\r
2.2 Use of coupon: Members must present Storellet mobile interface and membership number\r
to our staff to redeem the offer.\r
2.3 Coupons offer valid dates and specific terms and conditions apply.\r
2.4 Coupon redemption cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed and the points will be\r
deducted in the system automatically.\r
2.5 Unused coupons cannot be carried forward and will expire.\r
2.6 10% service charge is required for redemption items.\r
3. Collection and Use of Personal Data\r
3.1 Relationship between Storellet and Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant: Storellet operates as a third-party membership system, responsible for processing and managing members' personal data. The relationship between Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant and Storellet means that your data may be shared to provide services, but we ensure compliance with relevant privacy protection laws.\r
3.2 When you register as a Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant member, we will collect the following information, which may include personal data as defined by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (referred to as \"Data\"):\r

4.1 The prices charged are those applicable on the day you place your order.\r

4.3 The above payment methods are secure and reliable. All personal data and payment information are securely encrypted. The payment process is managed by our business partner Stripe.\r
4.4 You agree that you will pay your orders in accordance with the payment methods we accept; you acknowledge and agree that we are not obligated to process or execute your orders until you complete the payment in accordance with the payment process instructed by us. Unless otherwise provided in these Terms of Use, the payment for orders made by you is non-refundable.\r
4.5 In the event of any issues related to e-voucher usage after payment, such as network connectivity problems, supplier errors, or other causes, please contact us at info@storellet.com. Storellet will attempt to investigate the issue and liaise with the supplier to seek a resolution.\r

5. Other Terms and Conditions\r
5.1 Records held by Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant shall be treated as conclusive evidence of balance of Points Rewards in each member’s account. \r
5.2 Points will be credited to your account if you return products, coupons or services to Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant for a refund. \r
5.3 Mis-use of any Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant Membership Scheme, Points Rewards or its benefits may result in termination of membership or withdrawal of privileges. \r
5.4 Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant reserves the right to change the Membership Scheme structure, privileges and other features, including the Terms of Use, or to terminate Points Rewards at any time. Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant shall strive to notify members of material changes; however, it is the responsibility of the members to keep themselves up-to-date with regard to the Terms of Use for Points Rewards. Any use of Points Rewards by any member will be deemed as agreeable/acceptance of any change. Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant will not be liable for loss or damage resulting thereof. \r
5.5 Products available for sale or redemption on the Storellet platform are provided directly by Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant. Storellet acts solely as a platform for the sale or redemption of these products and is not the manufacturer, supplier, or provider. Storellet makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or fitness of any product sold or redeemed on the Storellet platform. 5.6 Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant reserves the rights for any changes and final decision on bonus point offers.\r
